Whilst the Skyview Ballroom and the Churchill room had that old country charm with stained glass and oak beams, the rooms were less than impressive. They were indeed dated. The rooms were clean, tidy and quiet which is what one really needs for an overnight stay.

Established in 1914 the historic Marlborough Hotel has been the place for thousands of guests to rest their heads (such as Charlie Chaplin) ,dine in Churchill's Dinning Room (such as Sir Winston Churchill), get married or even host a conference in Skyview Ballroom accommodating up to 800 guests (such as Pierre Elliot Trudeau).Today The Marlborough Hotel is locally owned and operated, we pride ourselves on providing a clean, comfortable, friendly and most importantly affordable alternative in an urban setting.Our conveniently located hotel is near many Winnipeg treasures including Bell MTS Place, The Canadian Museum for Human Rights, The Forks Market, Winnipeg's Theater district which includes: The Garrick Centre, Centennial Concert Hall, and Burton Cummings Theater.We look forward to welcoming you as a guest, and saying "see you soon" as a friend!
