It isn't often any more, that the wheelchair accessible room has a bed that I can get on! The room was spacious and has a high ceiling, making it feel bigger. Staff was very friendly and did not question my having my service dog (pulls my wheelchair and gets things I can't reach). Quiet hotel despite how busy it is.

Customer service was very helpful for such a late check in. The gentleman who picked me up from the airport was just as helpful. Good clean room. Nice bed but the hot shower after flying all day was the best!
