The Auberge Walker Inn (c. 1870, 3 1/2 ***) in Pictou invites you to experience the charm and elegance of a by-gone era. The inn, a Registered Historical Building, achieves the perfect balance between the charm of a bed and breakfast and the privacy of an inn in a stylish setting. All rooms are different; there are five rooms on each of the third and fourth floors,and a suite on the first, ground level floor.
NOTE: COMMON TO BUILDINGS OF THIS AGE, THERE IS NO ELEVATOR!
The dining room can be used as a meeting space. During the summer, there is a large deck with tables and charis.
Centrally located in the town of Pictou, restaurants and shops are within easy walking distance.
During the summer, the four rooms at the front of the building are air-conditioned while the remainders have ceiling and window fans.
