I arrived Thursday night after riding three planes and a taxi to be told I couldn't stay until I went to Target and get myself a prepaid credit card to cover incidentals for $25. Couldn't use my family's who was staying Thurs. Was then told I couldn't stay Friday night because they didn't have enough staff to do the rooms before Saturday arrivals. Was made to go elsewhere. It was extremely stressful and there is no fix. The next day when talking to the manager,he told me because I booked through somewhere else he couldn't help me. And because I was upset he didn't know if he wanted me staying at all. I implore you to watch the video because I would hate to see how they would treat someone really upset. I had a child above me on the third floor sounding like they were going to break through the floor. Had a child knock on my door at 8 am who took off when I opened it. I would like a call. I would like to talk to coporate. I or my family will never stay at a Radisson again.

The room was clean and spacious. It's location was so handy to our event we attended and restaurants were close.I liked that besides the cough there was a chair to sit in. It made conversation with guests easier. I also liked the separation of the bedroom with a door and the TV area. We were disappointed they didn't have the food menu ordering system like they had the last time we stayed.

You know when a hotel's price/location/amenities generate repeat visits they are doing things right. This not a luxury accomodation but it is fine and appropriately priced. I use a wheeled walker and I can with a little care maneuver in the bathroom. That's the only thing that could be improved: grab bars, handicap height toilet stool etc If I come down again, I'll stay here again.
