Available, clean, safe, warm, cozy and welcoming to our family and our dog in snow, ice and power outage in Portland. Don't let the reasonable rates fool you. The decor is simple and the style isn't fancy, but I have stayed at some of the finest hotels in the world and never have I felt more welcomed, more cared for, had the phone more promptly answered, seen staff going about their business with more courtesy or kindness. The real deal.
