Property Description

Residence & Conference Centre is located right next to Mohawk College Fennell Campus, and offers accommodations between May to August each year. Our facility is equipped with full conference coordination, meeting rooms, lecture theatres, state-of-the art multimedia and IT equipment, and exhibit space to accommodate events from 10 people to over 1000.Two Bedroom suites, furnished with a full sized fridge, microwave & a three piece bath.Lounges:Located on each floor, our lounges are a great option for break-out rooms or hospitality suite. These rooms can either be set-up boardroom style or casual lounge style to suit your needs.On-site Laundry:Our on-site laundry facilities, located on the main floor, allow you to be prepared for life's little emergencies.
