Is Reservation Counter Expedia? I thought I had reached the Sheraton directly and found when I got there that somehow I have been directed to your site which was not the hotel. I had explicitly told the booking agent that I was with the conference and would get the conference rate. But your rate was $30 more than the conference rate! So I hope that you can reimburse me for the difference in price and you need to be more transparent when you are booking a reservation and let people know that they are talking to Expedia and not the hotel reservation counter! The people at the Sheraton were very nice but they told me that another person had had the same experience thought they were talking to the Sheraton's reservation counter when it was actually Expedia. thank you Lynne Cherry 202 657 9495.
