Country Inn & Suites in Pineville was recommended by a local who knew staff there. John Mickels provided excellent service. (Made reservation through Hotelplanner.com) Able to check in earlier than expected and found the room to be spacious, pleasant and clean. Included good breakfast with variety (note that hours vary between weekend and weekday). Coffee and cookies available 24/7. Limited transportation options to Alexandria Airport.
