The first leg of my trip was amazing my room was huge, clean and comfortable. I've stayed here before and enjoyed so much I requested to comeback. Location prices and most importantly comfortable because I have very high anxiety levels and if I'm not comfortable I will leave and find another hotel. So at the end of my trip I decided to extend my stay to another day. I went down to the front desk guy I asked him if booking directly through him, will it be cheaper? He couldn't give me an answer. On the first leg I booked with Booking.com and it was a nightmare, so he suggested Hilton rewards since I'm gonna be traveling a lot this summer. Okay that's great. Not so fast the guy messed up the the reservation that I was trying to extend for another night did it for the same night that I had already previously paid for then entered my information incorrectly my WiFi in the room disconnected after I checked out of the first room. He entered my information backwards and he had my ID in his hand. I don't understand how he did that. I called the general manager who tried to fix the situation but his fixing the situation was to ask me to enter another email address. I'm not doing that and I'm still having to go back and forth with Hilton customer service to fix this problem. My hotel and trip was good but this one employee was a complete disaster. And he co worker tried to fix it and not once did he ever take responsibility for his mistakes. I only hope this doesn't effect my rewards points.

Property description

Just off the I-10 freeway, our all-suite hotel is conveniently located at the Gateway Pavilions and surrounded by dozens of restaurants, shops, and entertainment all within walking distance. The Westgate Entertainment District is six miles away. Baseball fans will enjoy our proximity to several spring training fields, five of which are within 30 minutes.

Green sustainability

Sustainability is woven into the very fabric of our hotels, using eco-friendly building materials and furnishings wherever possible. We're saying no to plastic plates and utensils, instead providing real china at breakfast and in all of our suites.
