Great experience. My hat goes off to Max at check in desk. I had just drove three hours and went straight to the fairgrounds. Unloaded cattle and equipment and went to the hotel. I was filthy dirty and covered in mud and manure. Max checked me in. Didn't look down on me and was very kind to me all week. I had a couple of issues and he resolved them quickly and was pleasant to me all week. He and the team at the desk are all to be commended. The cleaning staff was also very polite and worked hard to keep our room clean and comfortable. And I am good at making messes. Thank you again and way too go Max from Minnesota.

Crown plaza at the horse show. This was probably the quietest hotel I have stayed at, a huge plus. The room was clean and bright. The staff was very helpful and courteous both at the registration desk and in the restaurant. Overall it was a good stay.
