The Bartan Hotel is situated in the greenest seaside district of Gdansk, on the picturesque Isle of Sobieszewo (entrance by the bridge), only 800 m away from a sandy beach. The Old Town of Gdansk is just a 15 minute's drive from the Hotel, with easy access by 3 city bus lines and hotel taxis. A peaceful location close to the sea and resin-scented pine forest combined with the short distance to the city centre makes the hotel a perfect destination if you want to relax or explore the charming city of Gdansk.
The Hotel offers 30 comfortable, well-appointed rooms including 3 apartments. Each room has a bathroom, double bed or twin beds, a work desk, satellite TV, telephone, radio alarm clock, and complimentary access to high-speed wireless / LAN broadband Internet. A towel warmer and a hairdryer come as standard in each room with a shower. Some rooms feature a private balcony.
Hotel Restaurant tempts with the rich aromas and flavors of the traditional Polish cuisine. National culinary specialties are accompanied by a wide variety of excellent wines and spirits. The elegant and spacious restaurant with a conservatory extension opens up to a garden which is full of charm every season of the year. In summer, guests can dine or savor delicious desserts alfresco in the luscious greenery of the garden. We have also created a kid's corner play area for the little ones.
In the evenings we invite Hotel Guests to the Bohnsack Club. The club draws on the tradition of the pre-war Sobieszewo (Bohnsack), combining atmospheric interiors with modernity. A collection of unique photographs of the old-time Bohnsack bathing resort and the historic city of Gdansk is a promise of a magical journey into the past over a fine drink sipped to the sounds of music. An excellent sound amplification system, a plasma screen and air-conditioning make the club a perfect venue for music events for up to 50 people.
