The Best Western Conference Centre in North Bay was an outstanding host for our Ontario Crime Stoppers annual conference. Property description

The Best Western North Bay is the largest hotel, and on of the largest, conference centres in the North Bay area. Our high standard of customer service, competitive room rates and quality of room sizes give us high ratings on multiple travel sites. We are conveniently located only 20 minutes, under 14 kilometers, from the North Bay airport, and can be easily accessed from every highway. The convenience and cost savings our hotel offers, make us a prime choice for business travelers. Our on site restaurant allows guests to order breakfast, lunch and dinner made to order. As a full service conference facility we have everything you need for your event in one location. We provide all of our guests with ample, parking, a charging station for travelers with electric vehicles, complimentary wifi, and access to our on site fitness center.

Our onsite restaurant provides guest with freshly made meals though out the day. From yogurt and granola, to freshly made eggs breakfasts or pancakes, to the indulgent Eggs Benedict, Farina has something for every taste without a heavy price tag. Farina is open daily from 7am to 1pm serving break fast and lunch, and the serving dinner staring at 4pm.

Cleaning policies

Best Western has designed a cleaning program aimed at ensuring the health and well-being of guests and staff. Key cards and pens are sanitized after each use. High touch items or areas after each guest. All public spaces a have a strict cleaning schedule. Every guest room high touch point will be cleaned with chemicals aimed at killing the COVID-19 virus – door handles, light switches, thermostats, desk areas, hangers, television remotes, alarm clocks, coffee makers, telephones and all bathroom fixture handles and touch points. We have implemented our Grab and Go breakfast bags for our guests Public restrooms, fitness centers and swimming pools – when we are allowed to open them (noting we comply with all government orders) – will be cleaned on closely-monitored schedules using disinfecting chemicals. Fitness equipment must be cleaned with a disinfectant after each use.
