Property Description

Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Resort offers 165 one and two bedroom fully-equipped villas. All villas are equipped with a refrigerator, coffee maker, cable television,free hi-speed WI-FI, microwaves and DVDs. The one bedroom villas are approximately 500 square feet. Living areas include a queen size sofa sleeper along with a queen size bed in the bedroom. Many of these villas have two built in bunk beds. Our two bedroom villas are approximately 850 square feet and feature two twin beds in one room, a queen size bed in the other and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living area. Ocean view, ocean front, resort views and non-smoking villas are available. All our resort villas have balconies and are a short walk to the beach and our enormous beachfront outdoor pool -- the largest on the island. Our resort convention center is extremely versatile and will accommodate a wide variety of group needs. The center features a 12,000 square foot conference facility. When divided into individual rooms, it can accommodate private board meetings, utilized for breakouts or handle large or small meetings. Overlooking a freshwater lagoon and spanning the length of the facility is a wooden deck that is ideal for pre-function event or a cocktail reception. Restaurants on property include a pizza cafe, sports bar and a tiki-style beach bar. Groups from 10 to 1,000 will receive personalized attention from our professional sales and catering staff. Achieving outstanding success for business or social occasions, while enjoying our relaxed Oceanfront setting, is the goal of Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Resort.
