Named for photographer E.J. Bellocq, who secretly photographed the madams of pre-prohibition New Orleans, Bellocq will feature a menu of original cocktail creations from Cure founders Neal Bodenheimer, Kirk Estopinal and Matthew Kohnke that evoke the city's past.
