There were: 1) no safe box 2) no water in the room 3) We had very hard time to enter the room with our card key. 4) There were no cart to take our stuff from room to car. When we inquired about it, the desk said "check every floor to find a cart.".

"Good stay, excellent staff."

The hotel was centrally located for the wedding we were attending. It was very clean and staff was seen the entire three days cleaning around the inside and outside the property. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We sat in the bar area for a little while then had a quick bite later in the evening. The bartenders were very friendly. Sunday morning we had the breakfast buffet and it had a good selection and the food was very good for the price. The morning after the wedding the couple had a breakfast for their out of town guests that was very nice. Again the waitstaff was very friendly and attentive. I would recommend this hotel. It is very well maintained. Pleasurable stay!

The hotel looks old. The bathroom door doesn't close. The staff don't smile and are rude. They're not very welcoming and seemed like they just want to do their job and leave. Worst hotel I've been to and I travel for work. Never again.
