Everything was really nice at this hotel. The staff was very accommodating. There was a very large group of us there for a funeral and we spent a lot of time in the dining area playing games and reminiscing. Thank you for the great stay at such a sad time for our family.

Check In Experience: The check in process started off a bit rocky. Despite having everything prepared, my name wasn't in the system initially. Another name came up instead and I had to provide my receipt and clarify details before being successfully checked in. It seemed like the staff member assisting me might have been new and was still learning the process, which made things less smooth than expected. Room Experience: Once settled, my stay was lovely. My room, located on the first floor, was excellent—clean, comfortable and a great place to unwind at the end of each day. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job ensuring the space was spotless. Noise Issues: The only drawback was the noise from the room above mine. It sounded as if furniture was being moved for hours, accompanied by what seemed like running in the hallway. This was quite disruptive, especially during times I hoped to relax or sleep. Other than those two things, I always look forward to coming down and enjoying my stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Warren.

I reserved a handicapped room in advance. One I received the room, not a handicapped room. I was already unpacked when I went into the bathroom so was not going to repack to change rooms. I called the front desk to request a shower chair, called again, took two hours before it was sent and the delivery person didn't look happy. The carpet was so dirty the bottom of my feet were black. Had to wash and wear my shoes in the room. The mattresses need to be replaced. My daughter through out her back just sleeping on a poor mattress.
