Villa Caletas is a tropical Victorian mansion, set in the rainforest, high on a cliff, overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Within the hotel grounds are lush gardens, a private pebble beach, unique pool, a bar and two restaurants with the most spectacular sunsets in Costa Rica. Fishing, horseback riding, boat and nature tours are available. We have the most beautiful place in Costa Rica to perform the wedding of your dreams at our Amphitheater: Greek style, set into the mountainside, for truly memorable special events. Ionic columns stand sentry in the celestial setting. The areas of the reception, terraces and restaurants have a breathtaking ocean and sunset view. Attached I’m sending some pictures. Maximum time to use the area, 11:00 p.m. Minimum capacity 40 people and maximum capacity 90 people. To rent the area on private basis there is a fee of $300.00 with 40 people or more, if number of people is less than 40 and you still want to use the Amphitheater, the fee is $1000,00. Also, we have another area for less than 40 guests, call Mirador Terrace. Fee is $200.00 and you can have everything there on private basis.Zephyr Palace It is mandatory to have a minimum consumption in food and beverages of $7500.00 to rent it with a minimum number of people of 80; the maximum capacity is 120 people. Maximum time to use the area, midnight. After that if you want to continue dancing must be necessary to move guests to our disco in the Zephyr as well. Additional hour $200,00. If number of people is higher than 80 people, it is necessary to have a selected menu which consists in one entrée, one main dish OR a duo and one dessert.The maximum capacity at the beach is 80 people, with a buffet menu and there is an extra charge of $300.00. Also, it is necessary to rent vehicles. This is an own private beach which is ideal for private ceremonies…We can also help you with the rehearsal dinner the night before and brunch the next day at noon before marriage. To reserve any area is necessary to have a deposit of $1000.00 (no refund in case of cancellation) and then sign a contract with menus information, number of people, hours, etc. Besides, to reserve your room we also require having payment in advance (no refund in case of cancellation).We also require to have at least 10 rooms reserved and paid for two nights in our hotel for your wedding, and we offer a 10% discount from our public rates.
