I hosted an appreciation event at Arrowwood that included a nice supper at Minervas (restaurant attached) and an overnight stay at the Arrowwood hotel. My last stay was summer of 2013. Since then, it appears that the pool area has fallen into disrepair. Two of the four lily pads were missing, chain links remained in floor, basketball backboard missing support braces, basketballs were totally flat and discolored, and paint discoloration was very common in the kiddi pool area. The kids didn't care much, but it just looked trashy compared to what it was 18 months ago. Most disappointing was the hot tub was out of order and this was not mentioned when reservations were made or at check-in. Without the comfort of the rooms and great mattresses, the rating would be lower.
