The Comfort Inn at the Park is a great mid-scale hotel just a few minutes from the Hershey attractions, next to next to shopping centers with a market, Kmart, number of restaurants, full service gyms and other shops. This is a historic hotel one of the first built in the area; even though it is located next to the major roads the hotel sits back a bit surrounded by trees, small pond with ducks that kids are allow to feed and is pretty quiet. On my overnight stay I was able to check out the hotel and amenities first hand. They just finished a room renovation in March and can tell new carpet, beds, TVs and furniture. The AC, water pressure, WIFI signal all good; Upgraded rooms have refrigerators and microwaves. A side note the rooms have safes but are not laptop size -plus you have to ask them to remove the charge upon check-out if you didn't use it. The breakfast was a nice spread and well-orchestrated with stations – coffee, waffle and small room for the eggs, meat, potatoes, yogurt, etc plus they use their meeting room for overflow seating down the hall to accommodate the volume on of guests. There is an indoor pool but no fitness center but they have a deal with Gold's gym across the street. The hotel does not have shuttle service so you have to drive (they do have free parking) or you can walk across the street as there is a crosswalk. There is a small meeting room that holds about 50 people depending on the set-up. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful that I would recommend this hotel to any traveler whether on business or leisure especially sports teams.

The Comfort Inn at the PARK - Hershey, PA is less than 2 miles from Hersheypark (featuring 11 roller coasters), the Giant Center (home of the Hershey Bears), Hershey's Chocolate World and the Hersheypark Stadium (which has hosted such recent concerts as the One Direction, 2013 Mixtape Festival, Dave Matthews Band, Farm Aid 2012 and Justin Timberlake- Jay Z Tour). All of our rates include a Hot Breakfast (featuring Eggs, Sausage, and Fresh Belgian Waffles) served in our lobby (Which can seat up to 50 people at a time), use of our indoor heated pool, and Free WIFI access.Other attractions within a few miles of the hotel include,The Giant Center, Hershey Gardens, The Hershey Story Museum, American Automobile Association Museum, Tanger Outlets at Hershey, PA State Police Museum and Indian Echo Caverns.Several Businesses within a few miles of the hotel include, Penn State College of Medicine, Hershey Medical Center, PA State Police Academy, Hershey Company, Hershey Lodge and Convention Center and the American Cancer Society.
