He was both extremely helpful and exceedingly pleasant, Faisal delivered five star service and is a credit to your hotel. We have stayed at this hotel several times and each time they have upgraded or improved. The staff is always helpful and professional. Great staff, updated rooms. The breakfast is great for an included item. The attendant will make fresh waffles. The muffins are fresh. The coffee is great. The rooms are very clean. Yes, there is still some updating to do in some areas, but it is a good place to stay and we think perfect for families and seniors.
