Worst experience ever! Put my money BACK. You should have gone back to the company that booked the room. You are idiots, Onviously you are on a down with your INN! With your business practices, it's a wonder you exist at all.

On check in I was given the wrong room key which lead to an embarrassing situation. Also was told there was only continental breakfast leading to a long rainy morning walk for food. Day 2: ?please enjoy our full breakfast buffet.? Grrr. Be sure to get view of parking lot. The highway noise on the other side is loud. Getting the wrong room did not help here. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

Accommodations and services were just great. All the personnel were upbeat and friendly. The location itself was a in a quiet tree filled area and within walking distance to local shops, restaurants and businesses. We really enjoyed Dunagan's Irish Pub. right across the street!

Was pleased with everything but the Pillows. I would suggest some new pillows, more fluffy type. The ones we had appeared to be older type and less expensive brand. We would stay there again but definitely NOT go through Expedia as I think it would have cost us less going through the office at hotel. I didn't know when I booked reservations that there was a phone number to call at hotel office. My mistake not researching further on this. Very friendly office staff.

The conference staff tried very hard but the A/V Equipment would not work. Even though it apparently has been an issue for some weeks.

Was in Gig Harbor for a wedding. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Our room was as advertised and was all in order and neat. Had breakfast in the morning. Wasn't the best breakfast I've had but it had a good variety of foods/drink. No complaints.
