I found your staff very pleasant, extremely accommodating and helpful. The guest room was comfortable, bed and pillows just right and TV good size. But your lobby design is a chaotic mess. Loud and noisy, lacked way finding and the location of the reception which is smashed into a little corner where the acoustics were so bad I had to scream to be heard and have the clerk yell in my ear to understand what her or she said. Redesign this and it will be perfect. Other then that we will be back.
