Icemakers on floors broke. Only one worked. Door hard to open 1st night,next morning lock on door broke. Reported lady worked on it but still hanging. Lady that worked on door got us a better room which was really nice. We were told by phone indoor pool open. It was closed due to covid. Had no carts as we could find. Rooms were very nice except problems. When checked out they had wrong address for me. They asked for ID when got there. Dont know how they got I was from Florida.

The lobby was clean and the staff was friendly. The room was dirty. There was tracked mud in the room. Dirty wash cloths hanging from the shower curtain. Hey the bed slept good I just doubt the cleanliness.

Changed our room three times! The TV's were not working. No maintenance available until the next day to remedy the problem. One room had no internet! No coffee available on morning of checkout at 9 am.

My wife and I came up to Boone for a wedding to find this hotel really clean. We got a room with the heart shaped jacuzzi and it was awesome! Great way to unwind in your own room. When we checked into our room, we tested the jacuzzi to see if it worked (always do this with any amenity like this) and found that the jets didn't work. The hotel quickly moved us to another room that was operable and we were fully content. It's also conveniently close to downtown App and other shops and restaurants. We absolutely come here again and highly recommend!
