We got to the hotel at about 6PM. I asked for my room a 2bed, handicapped accessible room had been reserved in advance. The young lady said that there were none available. I reiterated that I had reserved it in advance and she repeated that there no handicapped rooms available. I then asked to see a regular room with 2beds, which she showed me. Unfortunately that room would not accommodate my wheelchair so we could not take it. Since my handicapped room has been rented already, we left. We then went down the road stopping at hotels along the way to inquire about available rooms. Finally, at about tylhe 5th place we stopped, we found one that could accommodate us. I do not think I should pay for the room at Clarion Point because they did not have the one reserved. It bothers me that the desk clerk did not seem to care at all. (She could have at least said something like "I'm sorry but. "! I'm not asmad as I was, but would have preferred that it not happen at all!

I arrived and asked for my handicapped accessible room. She informed me that they didn't have any. I told her that I had reserved one with two beds. She again said they didn't have any.(Didn't even say "I'm sorry, but. "! I had reserved that type of room because I had surgery at MUSC the next day for which I was supposed to arrive at 5:30. Too early since I live about 60 miles away and wanted to be closer in order to get some sleep the night before. We wound up driving up the rode stopping at each hotel till we found one that at least had a room which I could manage to get around in. (We had checked out one room at the Clarion Point.

When I approached the building it looked as if the building was under construction. The building was scary just from the outside. Paint or pressure washing needed. When my son abs I walked in, the hotel was very dim, darn. Just felt unsafe. I asked if there was at least a pool and that wasnt working. I could not stay there. I immediately left.

We booked with them because it was a pet friendly hotel and we drove 12 hours and got there to check in and she says we don't allow pets there's nothing we can do for you and pretty much turned us away and I'm still waiting on a refund and then we had to Scurry to find a different Hotel.

I would give it a 8 out of 10. Shower wasn't great. Walls were scared and we had to give credit card in case of incidentals. We took pictures when we got there to prove we didn't do any damage.

1ST off the staff was nice. However, the rooms need to be updated. The bedsheets need replacing. We had stained sheets. The pillows were uncomfortable. When pulling out the sofa bed it was disgusting. Sheets were yellow stained dirt was also visible and paper was stuck in between the sheets and a foul smell. After wiping down the counter tops, door knobs and chairs it did not seem like it was cleaned properly. Dust was found on window seals and lamps. There was also a fair amount of random people hanging outside at night it did not feel safe. We will not be returning to this hotel when we come back.

Basically, we just slept in the room and got up went for our touring appointments. We brought our dog with us when touring Charleston. He did not stay in the room alone without an adult. Our room was not tidied up upon returning to our room Saturday night. I don't know if we had to leave special instructions. I think the staff was afraid of the dog. I did not mention this at the front desk.

The hotel seemed okay in the lobby, but when we got to our room the hallway smelled of smoke and our room smelled of smoke as well. The furniture was chipped and parts of the base board were pulled off. The cost of our stay was much more expensive than other hotels that offered much more. We were booked at a different hotel, but had to stay here one night.

The hotel clerk Erin was rude and there was a huge mix up about the price which wasn't her fault but she was rude overall. It was nice hotel room though.

All suite hotel. We have one bedroom suites. The bedroom will have either one king size bed or two queen size beds. The kitchenettes have a full size refrigerator/freezer, small sink, and microwave with turntable. Our bathrooms have ample counter space, a hair dryer, bowed out shower curtain rods and pulsating shower heads. The living area has a comfortable chair, work desk and chair and a sleeper sofa. The sleeper sofa is about the size of a queen size bed. We serve a full hot buffet every morning. There's a Manager's reception Monday through Thursday. We serve wine, beer, sodas and snacks. Both the breakfast buffet and Manager's reception are complimentary. We have an indoor pool and exercise facility. The meeting room can set up to 50 people at the price of $375 for 4 hours plus tax. We do not cater, but you are more than welcome to choose your own caterer. Our on site laundry has two washers and two dryers. They cost $2.00 per load. We are part of the Wyndham Hotel Group and offer Wyndham rewards.
