Rooms were very nice although the lighting in the bathroom and over the sink could have been better. Not the best for a woman applying makeup and doing her hair. Loved the Bistro Bar which was very accommodating for after hours. But the hotel should be complying with other hotels that include breakfast with their stay.

Property Description

The perfect location on campus for your visit to the University of Delaware and just blocks away from Main Street Newark, the home of many tax-free shops. Within walking distance, you will find the pubs & restaurants on Main Street. Take one of our bicycles (at No Charge)and take a ride down the road to White Clay Creek Park. Our hotel is one of the newest in the area and has outside dining provided on our Brickyard Grille Patio. This is a great meeting space to entertain corporate clients and associates! A private white tent party can be arranged by our personal event planners. Don't forget to try our Chef's famous Crab Cakes for dinner or as an appetizer once you arrive! Our Chef, Mark Chopko, was recently pictured in Delaware Today's "Best of Delaware" issue for his fabulous Crab Cakes.
