We arrived at the hotel at 1500 and tried to check in. The room was not available so the front desk said they would put a priority to get it cleaned. We came back at check in time (1600) and the room was still not ready to check in and once again the front desk said they would put a priority on it again. It wasn't until 1640 when we were able to check in.

Silver Sands Premium Outlets are 2 miles, and signature eateries, new 10 screen movie theatre, and shopping on Grand Blvd is a short walk from the hotel. New Bistro eatery and Starbucks are on lobby level.
