The rooms were decent, old but fine. The layout of the hotel is super odd. There are random stairs everywhere which made it very difficult for my family member who in a wheelchair. We also had a room block so when that family member called to see if they had a roll in shower in the room they made a total room change without telling them or without them authorizing a room change and charged them more then the block price! When confronted about it the manager and staff were beyond rude and without actually saying it told my family to F off. Never again will we do business with this hotel and we'll just spend the extra to get something more suitable with respectful staff.

Property Description

We are a 100% Non-Smoking Group Friendly Hotel with newly renovated guestrooms featuring 2 queen beds. Conveniently located off of Interstate 25 at exit 142, with easy access to area attractions and only 3 blocks from downtown featuring many shops and restaurants. All rooms are interior corridors with microwaves, mini-fridge, coffee makers, hair dryers, HSIA and iron/ironing boards 32" flat panel TV's and a Complimentary full hot American breakfast included. Enjoy our indoor heated pool and hot tub or relax on the outdoor sundeck and courtyard. Additional amenities: guest coin laundry, business center and exercise room. Full Meeting and Banquet services also available upon request.
