I went to check in and was afraid to leave my car. There were tons of young and older people just hanging out around the check in building and some of them looked very unsavory. I wondered What have I gotten myself into? Not a good start. It got worse. I was refused entrance and have yet to get my money back.

I was scheduled to spend two nights at the motel in Casselberry Home Towne Suites But, I tslked to three different people before I went to check in and the young man behind the counter asked me if my dog wss a service animal. I said no just my pet. He informed me that I could not check in. I asked why and he says" We dont allow animals here.

The shower stall was dirty, Infested with roaches room smelled like old dirty refrigerator and was a little chilly turning on the heat caused the fire alarm to go off did not stay returned key at 2am and left. Worst experience ever.

Reservation for one bed, was advised at check in overbooked for single bed. Room provided was occupied by another guest. Upon arrival I asked about restroom (8 months pregnant) no public restrooms, so we rushed to our room after a two hour drive and unable to get in or use the facilities paid for. Advised guest agent Tye and he advised after he cleared his lobby he would come up to the room to check out the situation. Not happy and requested a refund. FYI: In addition to the room charge they do require a deposit that is not advertised. Our deposit was paid via cash which we were advised that upon checkout it is refunded the way paid. We did not receive it via cash instead agent processed a credit refund for room and deposit. Very disappointed and still unable to use the restroom after traveling and paying for our room. ??.

Could not get extra towels, the cleaning crew only came once a week. For a family of four there were only two towels for a two night stay however there were four rags. The room was well kept. The surrounds were kinda sketchy due to the extended stay being full of people who "lived" their with their families. Drugs was a bug problem in this extended stay. Would I recommend this place? Not if you have small children. If you feel you can deal with dope heads and no towel and rude staff then be my guest. Oh and charged more than quoted amount on website!

The room was musty smell old, in the bathroom behind the door was a hole in the wall and then upon further look the bathroom door had a crack in it. A lot of loitering outside the rooms made me feel uncomfortable. I checked out within four hours.

The room had an odor, room 239. The person upstairs had to be related to an elephant and paced for hours, back-and-forth; the floors creaked as a result. I thought they were going to come through the ceiling. The people in the adjacent room screamed and yelled all night, until 4am. I heard the conversation clearly: it was Daryl screaming at a woman and her mother "shut up, %*$(" was repeated by Daryl dozens of times, "don't hurt her, leave her alone" said the mother repeatedly. I was afraid, I didn't sleep all night. The utensils and glasses were filthy. No hot water in the shower in the morning. This was a $90 room, not $25. I waited until it was light out to leave because I was afraid of the "scary" people staying there. I wouldn't go back again if it was free. If you are a women travelling alone do not go there, you may not leave alive, I feel lucky I did.
