High-risk touch points such as light witches, door and furniture handles, TV remote controls, table tops, faucets, control panels, toilet seats and handles, nightstands, alarm clocks, flooring are sanitized regularly and disinfected throughout the day. Guest rooms will have sanitizing single use wipes. Mandatory body temperature checks are conducted for all hotel staff prior to hotel entry. Room key cards are disinfected after check out and prior to check in. Guests will be encouraged to use Web check in and check out and use of Mobile Key instead of a physical room key card. Pens are sanitized after each guest use. Luggage trolleys to be sanitized after each use. Desk telephones are sanitized before and after guest use. Umbrella handles are sanitized after each use.
