Played free bet black jack. The dealers were great. The waitresses were great. Recommend the D for a great time in Vegas. Host Jacob comped my room and the best steak I've ever had at the steak house upstairs.

The customer service team was by far better than the service I received at a hotel on the strip not 24 hours before I arrived at the D. The staff made me want to make all of my stays in Vegas are with the D!

I made the reservation stating my wife was handicapped and needed early availability to store her medications. I was charged 20 plus dollars fee for a room that was already available. As a repeat customer I was accommodated on my last stay. The desk clerk went to the back room to ask the manager if he could waive the fee and she came back and told me no. I asked to speak with him but I was told he was busy. I already paid a $40 resort fee (for what I don't know). The music from Fremont Street was extremely loud. You have lost a good customer. Despite the $1,000s of dollars of gambling per night I was offended you would not accommodate my ill wife and maintain your small profit center of an early check in fee. So our gaming, meals and lodging will go elsewhere.

From the get go! Valet is standing at the ready with the warmest greeting. My check in was a quick and very friendly encounter with the team member at front dest. My room was located right next to the elevator. Equipped with walk in shower. Very clean and quiet stay. Thank you very much. I will be returning to The D Las Vegas.

Overall, it was a good stay with great rates and I really appreciated the upgrade to get away from loud music. My wife has cancer and it was great to get as far away from the noise so she could rest.
