Property Description

Location: we are ideally located on a hill of Lugano, just below the railway station (3 walking minutes) and up from the lakeshore a short stroll of 6-7 walking minutes. The bus terminal for the busses to/from Tirano and St. Moritz is also just next to the railway station, making us the ideal venue if you travel by public transport.Restaurant: our restaurant San Lorenzo is open for breakfast from 07:00 to 10:00; for lunch from 12:00 to 13:00 and for dinner from 19:00 to 21:30. During the warmer season, all meals can be taken on the garden terrace. Daily menus cost CHF 29.00 at lunchtime and CHF 39.00 during dinner time. A rich à la carte choice as well as a wine card with many local wines is always available.How to to reach the hotel: by car , on foot. For cars we have a surveiled underground parking at nightly cost of CHF 20.00 per night per car.Security: a night porter is on duty all night. All rooms do have fire resisting doors with an anti-panic lock. Fire detection system is in place in the hotel.Highspeed internet: WLAN in all guest rooms, on the ground floor in all meeting rooms, bar/lounge and garden terrace: serviced by Monzoon/Sunrise Public WLan Free internet access in the lounge of the hotel with the PC of the hotel.Availability of rooms: offered rooms are valid until sold out. In some cases, in the time between our offer and you accepting it, some room categories sell out. We will submit you a new offer. The reserved room category is binding with our confirmation.Cancellations: it is possible to cancel a reservation without penalties up until 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. Should the cancellation be late or should you not arrive we will charge you a penalty of one (1) night for each reserved room. All booked services will be charge, exept tourist tax.Check-in/Check-out: on the day of your scheduled arrival you can check-in starting 2:00 pm. On the day of your scheduled departure, the room has be left free by 12:00 noon. If you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, you can leave your luggage with us.
