Hotel Presidente is a majestic building combining classical and modern style.It is located in the heart of the city, on 9 of July Av. and close to the Colon Theatre, the Obelisco and Florida pedestrian street.Its privileged location situates our guests within walking distance from downtown, main Shopping Centres, finest shops and restaurants and the theatre districts.The Hotel has 181 confortable rooms, 18 suites and 25 apartments, with all the amenities our guests may need: central air-conditioning or heating, cable TV Internet connection, hair dryer, voice mail, mini refrigerator and safe deposit boxes. A gym, sauna and modern business center and a 24-hour room service will add to make their stay the most pleasant one.
