Sometimes the sparkle of a journey is influenced fully by the support and kindness of others. Such was the case of my amazing experience Doubletree in Springfield. In fact, I will never forget the security manager, Roland Keizer, whose invaluable help and timely support were bright lights in my two day stay. The hotel front desk helped me and all front desk staff managers were wonderful. Service and support in every detail. Thanks Roland and Will and All!
