The hotel isn't what it used to be. We arrived at 820PM on Friday nite, but the bar/restaurant was closed. The first room we tried would not open so we had to get a new room, that, once we entered, we realized did not have the tub we had requested. After using the toilet the 2nd time, the water began to run continuously. Eventually they sent someone up who did not fix it but showed us how to adjust it. The bathroom and sink area were both small. The thermostat did not work accurately. We asked for a blanket to be brought up and after 45 mins my spouse went down to the lobby to get it and only then did a worker bring it up, missing my spouse. The pillows were very thin, making neck support impossible. It's still a great location and was not expensive, but the Westin down the street would have been a better choice.
