The hotel has recently been renovated. The halls are light and bright with fresh cream paint. The hotel added a breakfast area and breakfast in the rate daily. The will be offering a manager's reception once a week. The lobby is small, however, has a very nice landscaped entrance. A laundry room with sundries and exercise room are located around the corner from the lobby. This is an extended stay hotel and each room has a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has granit counter tops, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and is fully equipped with dishes, pans & flatware. They offer studio and one bedroom suites. All laundry facilities are free to hotel guests. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. Outside the hotel is nestled in a cul-de-sac and is very private offering a swimming pool and grilling area. They are located just minutes from I-77 and Tyvola Road and are located in a private area near other hotels. Restaurants are within driving distance and SouthPark Mall is just a 10 minute drive away. The hotel was extremely clean and had a very cute apeal to it. I would be very comfortable staying here for a long term stay and can highly recommend this hotel for travelers needing a central location in Charlotte.

Welcome to MainStay Suites by Choice. We are located in Executive Park - South Charlotte at I-77 and Tyvola. We are just minutes from Charlotte Douglas International Aiport and Center City Charlotte. We are just half mile from the Lynx Light Rail/Tyvola station, leading directly into Center city. Business Center, We offer Studio Suites (300 sq. ft.) and One Bedroom Suites (460 sq. ft.). Studio suites all have one bed in the sleeping area, and the One Bedroom Suites have an pull out sleeper sofa in the separate living room area. All suites are equipped with a full kitchens, with full size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, sink, fully stocked cabinets with dishes, pots & pans, utensils, etc... Also included iron, ironing boards, hairdryers, hangers and laundry baskets. We offer complimentary internet, Guest laundry room, 24/7 exercise room, complimentary parking, complimentary Cable TV with HBO, weekly housekeeping, Outside, enjoy the Gazebo with Grill area.
