Asked for two queen beds but got a king bed. Guest services was rude, weren't helpful, didn't accommodate small requests and always looked under the influence. Found blood stain on sheets, under pillows the next morning. Never got the chance to speak to the manager at all. Never received clean towels on time. The cleaning staff were more helpful than the front desk services. ???????????? ????????????.

Location was close to the bus stop and easy to find. it was valet parking only but it made the check in proccess easy. breakfast was included and facilatis were clean. im glad I shoose to stay here and if im ever in baltimore again will surely come back.
