My wife and I needed to be close to an event nearby and struggled to find openings at hotels in the area (turns out there was another event in town this weekend). Found space at Comfort Inn & Suites in Newark, DE. Reservations were easy. Check in was easy. Property is in great shape and good location. Rooms are very nice with fridge and microwave. Nice new, clean bathroom. Staff has cleaned and provided new linen each day. Breakfast is about what you'd expect when included. But, all in all a really great experience.

VERY very VERY very clean. I've stayed at a lot of hotels in past month, not only is this place clean, there is NO maintenance issues in the room. This is a first time in the last 30 days off travel, no maintenance issues.
