We given room with broken door and non working TV. Were upgraded to suite but it seems no one repairs doors in this hotel. Complementary breakfast was of poor quality. Expired milk and pre packaged stale bagels.

Room was not cleaned with no sheets on beds. Room cleeaning staff had gone home. Had to wait 1.5+ hours to get Room. Requested cancellation to be able to go to another hotel. Cancellation unavailable since I had pre paid for the Room. I NEVER AGAIN EVER STAY IN A HOLIDAY INN!!
