I wouldn't recommend this booking agency to anyone.They didn't get the paperwork to the hotel so we could check in. We called kept getting a recording and when we'd get a live person they kept saying they did their job that I needed to check with the hotel which we were at the hotel and the front desk girl (Crystal)even talked to the booking agent and got nowhere. Then you tell me to check with my bank. I called the credit card company and they confirmed that payment was made but for some reason you didn't get what the hotel needed to get us checked in. The manager at the hotel is going to deal with you. I will never use you again and I will never recommend you to anyone. Your customer service definitely needs a lot if work.
