The staff was very friendly and helpful. They answered all of our questions, brought a cot and extra blankets for us and accommodated our needs. But the rooms and pool area weren't to the same standard. The floor around the pool was dirty. The outlets in the room did not work and not all the lamps worked and the pillows were extremely uncomfortable. We were disappointed to find out the water slides were not open the night we stayed there.

Registration was quick and easy, as was departure. Room was clean. Beds very comfortable. Restaurant was nice. Pool and hot tub were nice. Son enjoyed the exercise room. Would come back.

Full service restaurant, 3 floor waterslide, 24 hour front desk, 24 hour hotel shuttle, minutes from variety of restaurants, shopping, hair/spas, Athletic club. We have a pool, wading pool, hot tub, and exercise room. 11 Banquet/meeting rooms. Extensive catering menu. Weddings, Groups from 2 to 100 rooms. Meeting rooms come with all up to date AV equipment. Catering and Sales department to make sure all your needs are met. Friendly staff. Pet friendly, green friendly. Sports teams, Travel Groups welcome.
