"Local Flavored B&B"
Overall Score2.5/ 5
For adventurous travelers seeking an authentic New Orleans experience, the Historic Street Car Inn will fit the bill nicely. Located in the Garden District on famous St. Charles Street, this eclectic bed & breakfast gives you location, location, location, without unnecessary bells and whistles. Each room in these 2 converted houses is unique and offers multiple layouts for groups and couples with en-suite baths. A light continental breakfast is served in the mornings, to start you off on a day exploring the city. There's plenty of communal space to recount the days adventures. Or sit on the balcony and watch the parades roll by during Mardi Gras. This inn is not for those that need fancy amenities or luxury furnishings, but a great fit for people who need a base for their travels that won't break the bank.
