When I checked into my room at the Quality Inn/ Festival I immediately turned up the heat because the room seemed very chilly. Two hours later, when it wasn't much better, I called the Front Desk to see if something could be done. The man I spoke to was very helpful and eventually helped me move into a warmer room. From that point things got much better. The room itself was large,clean and well equipped, with a very comfortable bed. The battery for the TV remote seemed to need replacing but after the problem with heat I didn't want to bother with smaller issues. No doubt rooms are kept cool right now due to low demand and the cost of heat. The room I had been assigned would have been ready for me, with ample heat, had I not requested a second floor room previously and changed to a second floor location when I arrived.
