Did not receive any instructions on how to get into the unit. Day of arrival we couldn't find the location. The address took us to a location that was locked. We drove around to another location with the same name and they told us we booked through a third party company and couldn't help us. We drove to another location and they sent us back to the first place. We tried calling the main hotel number and they sent us back to the first place who said they couldn't help us. We called the third party company who put in an IT ticket for us to see what they could do with the main hotel. After hours of waiting we ended up cancelling and finding a new hotel within minutes. We are still waiting in our refund.
