The staff was great, the restaurant was good, bar service good, valet service was professional and well organized and room service was excellent. The rooms were nicely appointed. My only complaint and the only reason I can't give this hotel five stars, is housekeeping can be better. The rooms weren't filthy but they could have been cleaned more thoroughly (particularly the bathrooms). Also, the hallways look like they needed to be vacuumed a couple of times a day (or maybe more). There were small pieces of debris that stayed on the floor all day. I just think Housekeeping needs to be better. Every other service within the hotel was excellent. I enjoyed my stay.
