Built originally in the mid 1800's as a hunting lodge, the Balmer Lawn is a classic Country House Hotel set in the very heart of the New Forest National Park.
Undoubtedly one of the most iconic buildings in the New Forest National Park!

We are much more than a Hotel with some meeting rooms - all our meeting rooms offer the highest of modern expectations - well lit and plenty of natural daylight. We offer both informal and formal business hospitality, teambuilding and corporate away days catering for meetings from just a few delegates up to large events of 100 delegates or more. Many of the U.K.'s largest companies regularly use the Hotel together with media companies and celebrities you too will be in good company.
The tranquillity afforded by the Forest is the perfect zero distraction environment for delegates to immerse themselves in the training at hand.

The New Forest Ponies roam freely all year round and the Pigs are out in autumn to snuffle up all the acorns – beware if you are picnicking, they will help themselves to your sandwiches!!!
Our outdoor pool is usually open from mid-May to mid -September but is fully dependent on the weather.
