I had my trip cancelled due to the Coronavirus so I tried canceling my room for two nights. They refused no matter how many times I tried to explain to them what had happened. They are greedy and do not care about repeat business. Please stay away from this hotel.

My group had an incident in Gilleys bar. My daughter had too much to drink. She had pulled a stool from one of the tables to the bar not knowing this was not permitted. One of the bouncer/security people was telling her to put the stool back. My son in law went over to try to get her to understand what he was telling her. The security person told him to “fuck off”. Where of course he lost his temper. I would expect any security person working in one of these casinos would be trained to handle this situation a little more professional. We had a great time in Las Vegas and will try another hotel next time we're there.

The automated check in process is very efficient but not very personable. I was not sure of the fees that were charged but proceeded as we were tired from the flight. We had come to Vegas for my daughter's 21st birthday. When booking the room, in the special request section, I had mentioned that and asked if they could do something special for her on that date there was nothing done nor was her birthday acknowledged. The bathroom floor was not cleaned/washed very well as there was consistently hair left on it. They were very efficient in handling any needs such as extra towels, more toilet paper and one day the room was not cleaned when we returned. In each of these situations they sent someone right away.

Our group stayed four nights attending a conference at MGM Grand. The group check in was smooth and everyone enjoyed the rooms. We purchased breakfasts vouchers for the group and they enjoyed the buffet at the Corner Market. The staffs were friendly and concierge staffs were always handy to assist. The only downturn for the group was that we had wanted to all stay on one floor but we were a bit scattered. However, the overall experience was very good.

The room was nice and clean, hallways were quite and I was across the hall from the vending/ice machine. Café service was slow,very noise customer (fighting one day and another using the "F" bomb every other word very loudly another)After about five 10 minutes of the fighting someone finally went over and told the women to quiet down or security would be called. Nothing was said to the "F" bomb person. Breakfast meal itself was good. Seafood dinner in Seafood restaurant was mediocre.

I stayed at TI for a family reunion that I planned. Everything turned out to be great! Staff was extremely accommodating even with all of the chaos with rooms and such. I want to give a special shout out to Jason Mills (Group Res Manager) and Aaron (Manager at the Corner Market Buffet). A lot was going on prior to our arrival as well as when we arrived and Jason and his team took care of everything every step of the way. They made sure that we were taken care of and reached out to make sure of it. Aaron was absolutely AMAZING! We worked with him for a brunch that we planned for our family. We had a little bit of a kerfuffle (sorry Aaron), but it was all taken care of and Aaron made sure not to let us see him sweat. He was very accommodating and kept a smile on the whole time. Overall we had a blast!

We had a fantastic experience at TI last week for a 20 ish person Corporate Meeting. We used their meeting space and hotel facilities and being a dynamic group, had NUMEROUS changes leading up to the event. Lizette and Lina in Sales were phenomenal to work with and were unbelievably patient and accommodating. They did everything they could to make our stay perfect and provided all of our guests with vouchers for use at onsite restaurants/bars, etc. Our rooms were perfect and huge, which was greatly appreciated by all attendees. Check in and check out were flawless with their help, as were our meetings. Julie in Catering was fantastic as well, as were the A/V set up guys. We had a group reception at a lanai at the pool and start to finish, it was perfect our Lanai Host could not have been any nicer and Hailey, our server, was ridiculously attentive and never made us wait or want for anything. Richard/Beverage Director made sure we were setup with everything we needed prior to our arrival so it was effortless for us that day. No complaints from anyone on any aspect of our stay!

We flew in for the Supercross event and did not want to deal with rental cars. Picked this location because it is located within walking distance of many things to see and do in the area. Transit to and from the hotel was easily accessible. Plenty of choices within the hotel for dining and plenty of choices within walking distance. Environment in the hotel seemed safe and friendly. That was my second time staying there and will continue to make that hotel choice when possible.

What you need to know

Hotel Features – Formerly known as Treasure Island, TI is sleeker than the original pirate-themed hotel and casino, though staged pirate fights can still be witnessed as part of outdoor shows performed in front of the hotel. Less family-oriented than before its name change, TI features an adult-friendly hot tub as well as a party bar and nightclub. Wedding packages, banquet and conference spaces, and a custom spa and fitness center can also be found at the TI.

Guest Rooms - Standard guest rooms are spacious and comfortable, which such amenities as pillow-top mattresses and padded headboards. Flat-screen televisions, marble bathrooms, large desks, and floor-to-ceiling windows are available in all of the deluxe rooms. Suites and penthouses are also available, which feature chic additions such as 24-hour room service, lounges with seating areas, and walk-in closets.

Nearby Attractions – The TI is close to many of the hottest attractions in Las Vegas, as it is located directly on the strip. Great shopping, gambling, and live entertainment are just steps from the door (as well as within the walls of the TI itself).
