I helped plan a conference at this hotel and I believe it's the nicest one we've ever used. Staff are all knowledgeable and friendly. Rooms are well appointed and have the most comfortable beds. The views on the trail side are marvelous. The fitness center is perfect, including a hot tub that is actually hot and it's open 24 hours. The restaurants are among the best places I've ever eaten. Parking is free and secure under the building. Summary: Fantastic!

I am extremely grateful to be able to experience the kindness and level of professionalism the staff provided. The valet was top tier and was ready whenever I needed service on top of the bellhop bringing my bags to my room when I arrived. They were very friendly. I was very impressed with the quality of service and the staff making me feel valued throughout my stay.

Lovely hotel. Workers are all exceptionally polite and kind and helpful. Of course the Decour is outstanding. Being a gardener I loved the outdoor planters of flowers, so beautiful and colorful. Wonderful, wonderful time.

Everything from the comfortable and luxurious room, to the excellent staff who truly are versed in customer service, to the wonderful dining experience in all three food venues, The H Hotel is a first class hotel. The under ground parking for guests is a huge bonus. We had a simply delightful stay and look forward to staying again.
