The Holiday Inn Express wants the pleasure of hosting you while you travel to our beautiful city. We strive to fulfill your every need. We provide our guests with an ideal location, modern amenities, efficient connectivity and exemplary customer service. Located on the corner of Bay and Bruce Streets in downtown Sault Ste. Marie, we are within steps of the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Headquarters and Roberta Bondar Place, the Ministry of Natural Resources, and just minutes from Essar Steel and the Sault Area Hospital.We feature 115 well-appointed guestrooms, each providing free Express Start Breakfast each morning of your stay, as well as HDTV and reliable high-speed wireless internet access to help you stay connected. Several delicious locally-owned restaurants can be found just outside our front door, as can great nightlife and shopping, with the Station Mall and Essar Centre right across the street! Unwind and have some fun in our large indoor pool, whirlpool, sauna and Fitness Centre, which overlook our lovely green courtyard.Hold your next meeting in our Empire Room - a 1900 square-foot meeting space designed for efficiency and comfort. The Empire Room is located on our main floor and is completely accessible. Theatre-style, the Empire Room can hold 95 individuals and can hold 64 in banquet-style comfortably. Other set-ups can include Classroom, Boardroom, and U-Shape configurations. Our team will work closely with you to determine a custom set-up that best suits your needs. It can also be divided into two smaller rooms, being 1000 square feet and 800 square-feet respectively. Equipment includes projector and screen, whiteboards and flipcharts, wireless internet access (hardwire access is available for the presenter if preferred), teleconferencing phone and podium. Catering can be arranged with one of our preferred catering partners; packages are available.
