"Numerous Changes and Updates Must Be Made."

Our club stayed here for a local soccer tournament. Many rooms had stained carpet. The carpet in the hallway had split seams. The exit sign on the 1st floor was hanging from the wall. The hallways had air conditioners however, they did not work. Our room had an awful smell and many rooms smelled stale. Many toilet seats did not match the original toilet installed. The rooms are advertised as all having flat screen TV's however, not one of our rooms had one. The breakfast area was too small (5 small tables) for the hotel being full that weekend so most had to take their breakfast to the rooms. This created issues with food being spilled in the hallways and stairwells, which stayed there for two days. There were even plates of food in the stairway that I finally threw away myself. I asked to have the end of the milk bag removed so we could get the milk however, was immediately told that it must be clogged, but no, the end still needed to be cut. Had to convince the person that was the issue before she finally went to take a look. The breakfast was okay. Our room had a smoke detector that kept chirping. When checking with the Front Desk, we were told that happens and to just press the button in the middle of the smoke detector and it would stop. We asked for a battery to replace the one in the smoke detector and were told the maintenance staff would have to do that the next time there were there. Not even sure maintenance will ever find out about the chirping detector. The brick on the outside of the building on the far end has been loosened and began falling away from the wall. The one positive is that we did receive passes to Noah's Ark Waterpark during our stay.
