Property Description

Beautiful Marina property with 378 rooms including 23 suites of various configurations. All rooms have sliding glass doors that open to lawn on first floor or balconies on upper floors. Approx 35% of the hotel has Marina and Bay views. Other rooms have courtyard or Berkeley Hills view, ample complimentary parking with over 500 spaces. Complimentary motor coach parking. Situated at the Berkeley Marina. Hornblower Cruises and Events operates from our dock for private event charters. Restaurant and Lounge with spectacular bay and Golden Gate Bridge views. 7 miles to San Francisco via BART or driving. UC Berkeley 1 mile. Lawrence Berkeley National Lab 2 miles. 13000 square feet of event space including Islands Ballroom. Executive Meeting center space includes ergonomic board room chairs, non glare desks with built in outlets, windows, built in break stations.
